Job summary

Integer Holdings in Virginia seeks an experienced engineering leader to drive site operations, sustain production, and optimize processes. You will lead engineers and supervisors, align with strategic goals, and ensure quality, safety, and cost improvements.

This role champions Manufacturing Excellence, Lean practices, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D and Product Development to support new launches. A Green Belt and PMP are preferred; relocation may be considered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or related field; 10+ years in engineering leadership.
Proven track record delivering results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Lean/Six Sigma experience and strong people development skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers and supervisors to support site operations and meet KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage transfers of new products/technologies to the site.
Collaborate with R&D and Product Development to support launches and technology development.
Uphold the Quality Management System and Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols.
