Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to provide direct supervision to manufacturing associates across one or more value streams. You will drive safety, quality, cost, delivery and people performance through lean practices and strong leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership, and solid communication skills. You will mentor teams, implement standard work, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business-related discipline.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing associates across value streams to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People goals.
• Lead resource and equipment alignment for efficient production.
• Promote 5S, standard work, and problem-solving methodologies across the team.
• Ensure adherence to QMS, safety, and regulatory requirements.
