Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor in Minnesota to lead manufacturing teams within the IPS framework. You will drive Lean initiatives, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with planning to meet customer requirements.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and a culture of engagement while delivering production targets and continuous improvements across shifts in a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business-related discipline, or equivalent combination with 5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven leadership in manufacturing; experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities aligned with planning and customer requirements using lean principles; reduce waste and variation.
• Coach and mentor teams, promote diversity, safety and quality within the IPS framework.
• Ensure adherence to QMS, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and sustain standard work and Leader Standard Work.
