Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify, analyze and improve processes and be accountable for accurate and timely completion of production orders.
• Previous production experience with proven performance record is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform Annual Evaluations for team members (employee appraisals).
• Hiring and corrective actions for positions; member of Production Leadership.
• Promote a safe work environment and monitor equipment for safety concerns.
