Job summary

Opus IVS is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the day-to-day Manufacturing team, ensuring assembly, testing, packaging, and shipping meet safety, efficiency, and quality standards. You will partner with Engineering and HR to drive improvements and workforce planning.

The role requires 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership, strong scheduling and KPI experience, and proficiency with ERP systems. On-site position with a focus on delivering high-quality products and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing or production leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, scheduling, inventory, and quality processes.
• Experience with production planning, inventory control, and KPI reporting.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP or manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of the Manufacturing team to meet production goals, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
• Plan, prioritize, and adjust production schedules based on customer demand and inventory levels.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, throughput, and cost.
• Develop KPIs and report operational performance.
