Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Manufacturing Team Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume plant, targeting safety, quality, responsiveness, people and cost. You will supervise 50+ hourly employees and drive standard work and continuous improvement.

You will champion a zero-injury culture, coach teams through servant leadership, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver cost and efficiency gains while maintaining an inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field.
• 4+ years of progressive responsibilities in operations leadership.
• Experience in high-volume, complex manufacturing environments.
• Experience supervising 50+ hourly employees.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Responsiveness, People and Cost targets.
• Develop and coach high-performing teams through servant leadership.
• Ensure safety standards compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive cost and productivity improvements.
• Lead SQDCP reviews and action plan follow-up.
