District Photo Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to oversee our Phoenix factory operations. You will coordinate merchandise production, drive efficiency, quality, and safety, and provide coaching and performance management for direct reports.

The role emphasizes leading supervisors and operators, collaborating with HR on recruitment, and ensuring on-time deliveries while continuously improving processes and KPIs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing others in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Self-starter able to execute initiatives with minimal guidance.
• Proven success leading and motivating employees through consistent, fair methods.
• Experience in training, developing, and directing staff.
• Strategic decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to influence decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Leads department in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment focusing on efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Develop leadership capabilities across all production levels.
• Manages front line supervisors and operators.
• Attend daily production meetings and drive continuous improvement.
• Recruitment of new and replacement employees with HR support.
• Maintain a motivated workforce and develop staff to reach full potential.
• Coordinate production scheduling for the area.
• Travel to trade shows and other DPI facilities as needed.
• Develop and implement strategic and tactical objectives supporting goals and customer service.
