Job summary

Service Wire is seeking a Production Manager for our Phoenix facility to lead all manufacturing operations, drive safe, cost-effective production, and meet quality and delivery targets. The role partners with Planning, Maintenance, and Engineering to optimize throughput and minimize downtime.

You will supervise production supervisors, foster a positive, accountable workforce, and implement continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a clean, safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related engineering field.
• 5+ years leadership in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of wire and cable products (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Safety Culture throughout the facility to ensure employee safety.
• Coordinate with production planner to set priorities and sequences for manufacturing.
• Lead and oversee production activities to meet cost and delivery objectives.
• Provide direction and development to production supervisors and teams.
• Foster continuous improvement initiatives and cost-control measures.
