Job summary

District Photo Inc. in Louisville, KY, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an efficient, safe, and productive department.

You will work closely with employees and other department managers to ensure SOPs are followed and that quality products are shipped on time while meeting safety standards. You will mentor and develop staff, conduct performance reviews, handle hiring and training, and foster a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with hiring, training, and problem solving; able to lead, coach and mentor others.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
