Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet goals and budgets.
• Act as supervisor when assigned by Store/Production Manager.
• Ensure donations are processed and floor-ready for store.
• Model professional conduct and motivate staff and trainees.
• Maintain clean, safe back-room and store areas.
• Keep store presentable with clean displays and staff appearance.
• Follow safety policies and ensure compliance by associates.
• Perform duties of Production Associates as needed.
• Attend scheduled shifts and support week coverage.

Essential Functions:

Responsibilities:

Toassistwiththeday-to-daystoreoperationandproductionperformancetomeetorexceedbudgetwhileincompliancewithcompanystandards,policiesandprocedures.AProduction LeadperformsthedutiesofasupervisorwhenassignedbytheStoreManagerorProduction Manager.ProductionLeadsmayactinasupervisorycapacityduringscheduledwork hours.

• 1. Toreachproductiongoalguidelines(minimumof110garmentsperhourwitha minimum quality standard of 90%).
• 2. Toensureproperproductionofdonationsgetprocessedandreadytoputonthestore floor.
• 3. Toactasapositiverolemodelforemployeesandtraineesinallaspectsofprofessional performance.
• 4. Toproducedonatedgoodsinthebackroomadequately.Tocreateapositivepublic image of Goodwill through a cleanstore environment, attractive displays and presentable, personable personnel.
• 5. Tomaintainsafeandappropriateconditions intheback-room area.
• 6. Tokeepthestorecleanandhazardfreebyvacuuming,moppinganddusting, (including cleaning thebathrooms.)
• 7. Toobservepersonnelandsafetypoliciesandprocedures.Toensurecomplianceby Production Associates.
• 8. To beableto perform the jobduties oftheProduction Associates.
• 9. Toattendworkontheregularlyscheduledshiftsasassignedbythemanagerforthe week.

Requirements:

• 1. HighSchooldiplomaorGEDand6monthssupervisoryexperienceoraminimumof 90 days in the service industry.
• 2. Mustbeabletoread,writeandcommunicateclearlyin English.
• 3. Priorworkexperience intheserviceindustry preferred.
• 4. MustsuccessfullycompleteRetail training.

Working Conditions:

Frequent physical exertion, frequent movement, conditioned indoor temperatures with occasionalexposure to outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. Alternate workschedule may include working at an attended donation center with no priornotice.
