Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Willingness to complete leadership training within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in overseeing production workforce to maximize yields and provide direction on operations and quality.
• Lead and mentor up to 25 colleagues on production lines.
• Create line schedules and direct workflow to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure safety and food safety procedures are followed by all staff.
• Train new production colleagues on machine functions and safety.
• Support regulatory compliance and document issues with recommendations.
• Participate in team meetings and drive performance and morale.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
