Job summary

Carolina Copacking, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily food manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while meeting production schedules. You will lead and develop the production team, enforce GMP, SQF, HACCP standards, and maintain accurate documentation; coordinate with QA, maintenance, and other functions to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in food manufacturing supervision preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, sanitation, HACCP, and SQF preferred.
• Ability to read and follow production instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure schedules are completed on time.
• Train employees on SOPs, GMPs, food safety requirements, and equipment operation.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, HACCP, GMPs, and quality standards in all shifts.
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and other departments to minimize downtime and optimize production.
