Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FDA, USDA, OSHA requirements.
• Proven ability to mentor and train others.
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in monitoring production line performance and improvements.
• Create line schedules and direct the workflow of assigned lines and colleagues.
• Monitor colleagues to ensure safety and food safety procedures are followed.
• Train new production staff and ensure understanding of machine functions and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/USDA/BRC changes and document issues for management.
• Lead team meetings and support colleague development and performance reviews.
• Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
