Job summary

TK America, Inc. is seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily production operations in a food manufacturing setting, ensuring safety, efficiency, and GMP compliance. You will lead the production floor, manage batch processing, labeling accuracy, and sanitation, and support continuous operational excellence.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, clear communication, and adherence to HACCP standards, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor processes for consistency, product quality, and compliance with procedures.
• Verify batch records, dates, and LOT numbers accuracy for every batch.
• Ensure packaging labels identify allergens, net weight, ingredients, and LOT numbers.
• Ensure sanitation, PPE, and personal hygiene procedures are followed.
• Monitor HACCP, GMPs, and food safety regulations compliance.
• Assist with training on equipment operation, safety, and SOPs.
• Report malfunctions, quality concerns, and safety hazards promptly.
• Promote a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
