Job summary

GROW FOOD PACKING, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor I to lead the production floor on the assigned shift, ensuring safety, quality, and food safety standards are met. This developmental role supports a hands-on leader ready to grow into full supervisory responsibility under the Production Manager and QA collaboration for GMPs and SQF.

The role involves directing Production Team Members, coordinating with leads, and maintaining accurate batch records while ensuring timely outbound orders

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of GMPs and food safety; SQF/HACCP a plus.
• Bilingual English–Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Production Team Members on the assigned shift.
• Communicate daily goals, expectations, and work assignments.
• Follow GMPs, food safety and allergen control practices with QA.
• Monitor product flow and escalate delays or issues to Production Manager.
• Ensure batch records are complete and accurate; verify recipes.
• Train new Production Team Members on procedures and safety.
