Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a production supervisor to lead a crew in a corrugated production environment. You will train and coach employees, ensure material readiness, and uphold safety standards while driving efficiency and teamwork.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of supervisory experience. Lift truck certification is a plus; a strong focus on quality and cost control is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to train and cross-train crews on presses and processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills a must.
• Commitment to safety, quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily press crew operations to meet quality targets.
• Cross-train staff and ensure tools and materials are ready.
• Monitor attendance, reliability, and on-time performance.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliant practices.
• Coordinate with maintenance and supervisor on breakdowns and PM.
• Encourage teamwork and resolve personnel issues promptly.
