Responsibilities

• Supervise approximately 30 staff in daily production of corrugated products.
• Maintain quality, efficiencies, and production levels as set by management.
• Communicate standards and performance expectations to staff.
• Report quality concerns and assist in setting quality guidelines.
• Maintain inventories of sheets, inks, and converting supplies.
• Coordinate with supervisor and maintenance on repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct weekly Production/Safety meetings with staff.
• Enroll in seminars and courses to improve career skills.
• Implement and uphold company safety policies and housekeeping.
