Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. is hiring a production supervisor responsible for directing safety, quality, and daily operations across production, shipping, planning, and maintenance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, adherence to safety standards, and strong communication with all levels of staff. The ideal candidate has a minimum five years in manufacturing supervision, proficient computer skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of manufacturing/production supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical/government regulations.
• Fluent in PC applications – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work of employees.
• Ensure equipment is operated per O&M manual.
• Check incoming/outgoing material for quality and conformity.
• Maintain safety programs and monthly training.
• Manage inventories and schedule trucks based on daily production.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and maintain 5S program.
