Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous assembly/machine operator experience preferred.
• Ability to train others and provide direction.

Responsibilities

• Instructs, directs and provides daily work guidance to Operators in production areas.
• Assigns Operators to work stations to meet daily production goals.
• Ensures operators follow job book instructions and quality standards.
• Assists with product inspection techniques and training of staff.
• Communicates across shifts to align priorities and scheduling; conducts huddle meetings.
• Approves start of jobs and performs periodic quality checks on products.
