Job summary

CADREX Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Production Lead onsite in Kentucky. You will instruct and assist Operators in setup, quality standards, and documentation, assign stations to meet daily goals, and train staff in proper techniques.

You will monitor processes, support 5S, and drive improvements to productivity while maintaining safe, orderly work areas and timely paperwork completion.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a production team and provide work direction.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Experience in manufacturing with process setup and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and directs Operators in production cells for setup, quality, and documentation.
• Assigns workstations to meet daily production goals and trains staff.
• Ensures adherence to job books, quality checks, and proper paperwork.
