Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Production Lead to direct Operators in production cells, ensure quality standards, and maintain thorough process documentation. The role involves assigning personnel, training on duties, and coordinating cross-shift priorities to keep production on schedule.

The position requires high school diploma or GED and willingness to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety and accuracy in all paperwork and product inspections.

Qualifications

• Provide work direction and guidance to Operators and other workers
• Instruct and train staff in process setup and operation
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and proper documentation

Responsibilities

• Instructs and directs Operators in production cell areas for setup and operation
• Assigns Operators to work stations to meet daily production goals
• Ensures understanding of job book instructions and proper inspection techniques
• Reads and interprets instructions and communicates priorities across shifts
• Assists with and trains operators in product inspection techniques
• Monitors production processes and recommends improvements to boost productivity and quality
• Ensures paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time
• Relieves operators for breaks and maintains safe, orderly work areas
• Relays issues and coordinates corrective actions across shifts
