• Experience in deep drawn stamping industry preferred.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production goals and schedules to meet targets.
• Collaborate with 1st Shift to ensure correct priorities are being worked on.
• Train & certify production employees and provide bi-annual/annual reviews.
• Ensure production workforce is adequate and resources are available.
• Develop and mentor production teams to improve performance and safety.
