• Drive production metrics: safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost, and inventory.
• Coordinate daily work assignments across departments to meet customer requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven analysis with engineering.
• Coach and develop team, foster collaboration, and escalate issues when needed.
• Flexibility to work overtime or switch shifts for coverage and training.
• Utilize computer systems (MS Office, Excel, ERP) to manage production orders and inventory.
