Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related manufacturing discipline.
• 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering experience.
• Lean manufacturing principles (material flow, process flow, workstation design).
• Proficient in CAD tools including AutoCAD and SolidWorks and MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal & written—and ability to read/write policies, procedures, manuals, blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current operations and determine more efficient production processes.
• Lead or participate in projects to increase plant capacity, reduce cost, improve productivity, and enhance quality and safety.
• Assist in trouble-shshooting equipment and train employees on new processes; identify waste using Lean principles.
• Provide technical know-how to solve root-cause product issues and support capital investment needs.
