Responsibilities

• Supervise production team members to ensure profitable and efficient operations.
• Train and orient team members; plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate performance.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering for repairs and improvements.
• Maintain manpower and equipment use to meet production targets and budgets.
• Promote teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement (5S, QOS).
