Job summary

The Line 2 Lead position at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Nashville supports the Manufacturing Shift Manager and Supervisors by guiding the production team, assisting with training, and providing hands-on support across operations.

The role requires ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while maintaining processes and equipment readiness on a rotating weekend schedule. Strong leadership and GMP knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• 3 to 5 years of leadership and manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Leads pre- and post-shift meetings and communicates key updates to the team.
• Ensures production processes and systems (SAP, D4A, Altizon) are followed and accurate.
• Performs equipment setup, startup, operation, and changeovers across multiple machines.
• Monitors production and inspects product quality and communicates results.
• Trains new team members and provides day-to-day guidance on the line.
