Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related work experience.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to follow standardized work and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor multiple production machines.
• Perform changeovers and adjustments to maintain quality.
• Conduct quality tests and document results.
• Train and lead peers on the production line.
• Handle palletizing and packaging tasks as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety on the line.
