Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is hiring a Line 2 Lead for the Nashville area. The role supports the Manufacturing Shift Manager and Production Supervisors, providing hands-on leadership, training, and process guidance across multiple machines on the 3rd shift.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily production activities, leading shift meetings, ensuring SAP, D4A, and Altizon procedures are followed, and upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manufacturing Shift Manager and/or Production Supervisor with daily production operations.
• Provide guidance and training to production personnel on processes and equipment.
• Lead pre- and post-shift meetings and communicate key updates to the team.
• Support equipment setup, startup, operation and changeovers across multiple machines.
• Monitor production and product quality, making adjustments to maintain standards.
• Conduct quality checks and relay results to support teams.
