Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Warehouse Lead in LaVergne for the night shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00pm-4:30am). You will assist the Warehouse Manager, lead daily operations, and mentor teammates to ensure safe, efficient processes and adherence to policies.

You will train staff, oversee performance, and help drive continuous improvement while maintaining a focus on safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities to ensure safe, accurate operations.
• Train and evaluate warehouse personnel and processes.
• Provide direction and feedback to team on performance and safety.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager and Supervisors on objectives.
• Assist in interviewing candidates and staffing needs.
