• Supports daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Leads pre- and post-shift meetings and communicates key updates to the team.
• Ensures production processes and systems are followed and accurate (e.g., SAP, D4A, Altizon).
• Performs equipment setup, startup, operation, and changeovers across multiple machines.
• Monitors production, inspects product quality, and makes adjustments to maintain standards.
• Conducts quality checks and communicates results to support teams.
• Trains new team members and provides day-to-day guidance on the production line.
