Altium Packaging Sparta site is seeking a Production Lead to support the Production Supervisor in Injection Molding, Blow Molding, and Reheat Stretch operations. The role focuses on directing team members, ensuring safety, quality, and GMP compliance, and driving improvements to reduce downtime and waste.

You will champion a proactive safety culture, lead change, and foster employee engagement while communicating effectively with the team and leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production activities on the line and provide direction to operators.
• Promote and enforce safety, quality, and GMP standards.

• Communicate job orders, specifications, and policy adherence to staff.
