Job summary

Altium Packaging in Sparta, Tennessee is seeking a Production Lead to assist the Production Supervisor by directing teams in Injection Molding, Blow Molding, and Reheat Stretch operations. You will drive safety, quality, GMP, and SOP compliance while improving throughput and reducing downtime.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and 1–3 years of experience, with strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to employees in production cells and support to the Production Supervisor.
• Drive compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety policies.
• Lead throughput improvements, reduce downtime, and minimize waste.
• Communicate requirements and expectations clearly to staff.
• Support overtime or shift coverage as needed.
