Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Production Packaging Lead Associate to manage packaging operations on site in Turners Falls, MA. The role loads and moves materials, operates packaging equipment, and follows GMP guidelines while supporting the quality team.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, training and mentoring skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment with adherence to safety standards. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Three plus years’ equivalent experience including training/facilitating.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate packaging equipment and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Relieve the bagger/palletizer operator.
• Operate robot and perform changeovers.
• Support quality via DMR coverage when needed.
• Lead packer on shift; cross-line mentoring on safety and quality.
• Coordination of lunch breaks for lines and assist with training.
