Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• High level knowledge of machinery and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor activities of production personnel and manage resources.
• Lead by aligning with Guiding Principles and safety culture.
• Oversee process improvement, safety, quality, production, and financial results.
• Manage performance cycle including interviews, training, promotions, and coaching.
• Provide instruction and maintain documentation; act as change agent.
• Overtime may be required due to business needs.
