Job summary

Altium Packaging in Verona, PA, is seeking a Production Supervisor who directs and monitors manufacturing activities. The role oversees resources, ensures safety and compliance, and drives improvements in quality, productivity, and costs.

Key duties include leading by our guiding principles, managing performance, training, and coaching, and acting as a change agent to meet customer specifications and deadlines while maintaining documentation and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• High level knowledge of machinery and production systems.
