Job summary

Altium Packaging seeks a Production Supervisor to direct and monitor manufacturing activities for packaging solutions at the Phoenix facility. The role leads a 12-hour shift, ensures resources are deployed efficiently, and champions safety and quality across the operation.

The candidate will drive continuous improvement, mentor staff, manage performance, and support budgetary objectives while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• AS degree preferred; blow or injection mold experience is a plus.
• Understanding of a union environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor activities of production personnel and manage resources in manufacturing of packaging solutions.
• Lead by example and champion Altium Packaging's guiding principles and safety culture.
• Oversee process improvement, safety, quality, production, and financial results.
• Maintain documentation and manage performance, training, coaching, and advancement.
