Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• High level knowledge of machinery and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor production personnel and manage resources.
• Lead by our Guiding Principles and uphold a safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Drive process improvements and enhance safety, quality, production and financial results.
• Develop and manage employee performance, coaching and development, and promotions where appropriate.
• Support budgeting, maintenance planning and documentation.
