Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Production Lead to instruct and assist Operators in process setup, quality standards, and documentation. You will assign personnel, train on duties, and ensure smooth production flow.

Key responsibilities include directing operators, ensuring adherence to job books, and conducting shift huddles. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Provide work direction and guidance to other workers, acting as supervisor in absence.
• Train new and current employees.
• Produce high quality product to required specs consistently.
• Understand assembly/production process and movement of components.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and directs Operators in production cell areas for setup, operation, quality, and documentation.
• Assigns Operators to work stations to meet daily production goals.
• Ensures operators follow job book instructions.
• Train Operators in proper inspection techniques.
• Address Operator questions and provide guidance.
• Conducts shift huddles and coordinates across shifts.
• Ensure approvals to start a job and perform quality checks.
