Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans that align with customer demand and delivery schedules.
• Lead and mentor production supervisors, operators, and staff to foster teamwork and continuous improvement.

• Allocate resources to meet targets while controlling costs.
• Continuously improve processes to maximize throughput and reduce waste.
• Enforce safety protocols and report incidents promptly.
• Oversee inventory control to minimize stockouts and optimize turnover.
• Manage production budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce lead times and improve productivity.
• Generate reports on production metrics with insights and recommendations.
