Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician Supervisor in Texas on 1st shift, Mon-Fri 7:00am–3:30pm. You will supervise personnel, analyze data, work with customers to resolve issues and support operations.

Requirements include 2 years of relevant experience and MS Office; an Associate degree in Transportation or Business is a plus; travel up to 75% is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows; ability to create complex formulas in Excel
• Associate degree in Transportation or Business preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and operate in a dynamic logistics environment

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of communication with customers and warehouse sites; advise customers of service failures and coordinate resolutions
• Audit daily order processes; ensure all orders are sent to each site
• Monitor and report all errors for performance tracking
• Coordinate with Inventory Control, Transportation, and warehouse sites on service resolutions
• Oversee service provider performance and engage providers for service improvement
• Communicate order changes with warehouses and coordinate shipment schedules
• Maintain ISO compliance documents and train department staff
