GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician Supervisor to supervise personnel, analyze data, and coordinate with customers to resolve issues.

This role offers opportunities to grow with GXO and requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced distribution environment. You’ll act as the main contact for customers and warehouse sites, audit order processes, monitor errors, and drive service improvements with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows applications; ability to create complex formulas in Excel.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first line of communication with customers and warehouse sites; advise customers of service failures and coordinate resolutions.
• Audit daily order processes; ensure all orders are sent to each site.
• Monitor and report all errors for performance tracking.
• Work with Inventory Control, Transportation, and warehouse sites on service resolutions.
• Oversee service provider performance and engage providers for service improvement.
• Communicate order changes with warehouses and coordinate shipment schedules.
• Maintain ISO compliance documents and train personnel to required standards.
