Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Production Technician Supervisor to lead a team, supervise personnel, analyze data, and work with customers to resolve issues. This is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm.

You will ensure ISO compliance, coordinate with Inventory Control, Transportation, and warehouse sites, and monitor service provider performance, while mentoring staff to meet standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows applications; ability to create complex formulas in Excel

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of communication with customers and warehouse sites; advise customers of service failures and coordinate resolutions
• Audit daily order processes; ensure all orders are sent to each site
• Monitor and report all errors for performance tracking
• Work with Inventory Control, Transportation, and warehouse sites on service resolutions
• Oversee service provider performance and engage providers for service improvement
• Communicate order changes with warehouses and coordinate shipment schedules
• Maintain ISO compliance documents and train department personnel to required standards
