GXO Logistics, Inc. in Ohio seeks a Production Technician Supervisor to oversee staff, coordinate with customers, and drive operational excellence. You will supervise personnel, analyze data, and work directly with customers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience in logistics or manufacturing.
• 2 years of experience in customer service, distribution or logistics in a manufacturing environment.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in transportation and operations.
• Availability to work extended hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
• Ability to present clean, organized information for the intended audience.
• Ability to adapt to new work structures, processes or cultures.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first line of communication with customers and warehouse sites; advise customers of service failures and coordinate resolutions
• Audit daily order processes; ensure all orders are sent to each site
• Monitor and report all errors for performance tracking
• Work with Inventory Control, Transportation, and warehouse sites on service resolutions
• Oversee service provider performance and engage providers for service improvement
• Communicate order changes with warehouses and coordinate shipment schedules
• Maintain ISO compliance documents and train department personnel to standards
