Pollard Charitable Games Group in Omaha, NE seeks an experienced Production Lead to develop people, solve problems and drive operational excellence. You will lead a manufacturing team, mentor colleagues and keep production running smoothly while ensuring safety and quality.

You'll coordinate daily production activities with the Shift Supervisor, coach operators, troubleshoot equipment, train new hires and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership, lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in printing, packaging, converting, label production, maintenance or similar production environments is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach and develop employees.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily production activities and coach team members.
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Operate production equipment as needed to support manufacturing requirements.
• Train, mentor and coach new employees on machine operation, safety procedures, quality standards and production processes.
• Promote cross-training and employee development to build a flexible, high-performing workforce.
• Monitor production schedules, job tickets and work instructions to ensure products are manufactured accurately and on time.
• Identify quality concerns and assist with implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor machine efficiency and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Assist with inventory of production supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
• Promote a culture of safety by reinforcing company policies, housekeeping standards and safe work practices.
• Support positive employee relations by communicating operational needs and team concerns to leadership.
• Assist with attendance, payroll, and departmental documentation when needed.
• Other duties as required.
