Job summary

Apex Consumer Products is seeking a production lead/supervisor to manage daily production and ensure alignment with the schedule, safety, and quality standards. The role requires active floor leadership, implementing lean practices, and driving continuous improvement across lines.

Responsibilities include leading shift start meetings, monitoring progress, and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams to reduce defects and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of production lead/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing terms and techniques.
• Experience with reporting software such as Alliance (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Manages daily production to meet schedule, safety, quality and cost goals.
• Leads daily shift meetings to communicate goals and progress.
• Maintains floor presence to motivate and ensure success.
• Implements lean tools and 5-S for continuous improvement.
• Ensures line changeovers are efficient and run-ready.
