Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Production Supervisor/Team Lead to guide production associates toward safety, quality, and efficiency goals. You will collaborate with the Production Manager to establish priorities and coach staff in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to Lean manufacturing practices. You will manage staffing, shift data, and work orders while upholding regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in production operations.
• Able to coach, mentor and develop staff effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to meet safety, quality and output goals.
• Manage direct reports with coaching, reviews and development plans.
• Maintain staffing of full-time and temporary associates.
• Monitor shift data (output, downtime, waste) and report results.
• Ensure proper closure of work orders and hours captured.
• Promote safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with the Production Manager to set priorities.
• Handle incident investigations with Safety Coordinator when needed.
• Fill in for Asset Leader when required.
