K2D is seeking a dedicated professional to support the production supervisor in Denver, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety. This role develops employees, champions food safety, and drives teamwork for a seamless product flow.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, monitoring compliance, and maintaining tools and metrics. A strong emphasis on safety, HACCP/USDA guidelines, and proactive problem solving is essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; some college preferred.
• Three years progressive experience in commercial food operations.
• Functional knowledge of MS Office Suite and reporting systems.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and basic math skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Supervisor in meeting production and operational goals and coach coworkers on production activities.
• Monitor loss prevention, USDA compliance, and labor relations; escalate issues as needed and promote employee engagement.
• Coach employees to meet performance standards and reduce turnover; communicate on daily or seasonal issues.
• Maintain knowledge of business metrics and equipment; manage supplies and tools.
• Observe safety procedures and enforce SOPs; contribute to plant safety goals.
• Coach on HACCP and USDA requirements; take corrective or training actions as needed.
