Job summary

This full-time, salaried role reports to the Plant Manager and emphasizes Lean, continuous improvement, and HACCP/GMP/FDA/USDA compliance. You will supervise production supervisors, coordinate schedules with other departments, and lead with humility to deliver reliable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of production management experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FDA, USDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Plan Execution: Implement strategic plan for the execution of plant production.
• Operational Excellence: Manage production capabilities and lead waste elimination initiatives.
• Manage Production Schedules: Collaborate with other departments to ensure production schedules are met.
• Create team environment aligned with company mission and vision: Improve production capabilities and apply Lean practices.
• Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable: Lead, manage and develop Production supervisors and instill a culture of meeting commitments.
