K2d Llc is seeking a Technical Services Supervisor to provide hands-on support and technical guidance on food safety and quality programs at the Colorado site. You will work with TS technicians and operations partners to implement HACCP, BRC, and USDA regulations across products and processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in food safety or QA in a protein-related industry, with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in biology, microbiology, chemistry, food science, nutrition or related field required, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in food safety or quality assurance in a protein-related industry.
Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of product reporting systems.
Experience planning and conducting product development, data collection, and interpretation to drive programs and actions.

Mansioni

Supervises TS Technicians and supports plant-wide quality control, process control, and sanitation efforts.
Administers food safety policies, USDA regulations and BRC third-party requirements.
Lead continuous improvements to safety, legality and quality of products and processes.
Investigates customer/consumer complaints using root cause analysis to determine corrective actions.
Communicates food safety and quality objectives across departments and with vendors and contractors.
