Excellent communication is essential as you’ll work with supervisors and line workers. The position requires a high school diploma (or GED) and typically 3–6 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months related work experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and production reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-op and/or tear-down operations as a Team Lead.
• Coordinate line setup and review production issues with other departments to prevent downtime.
• Assign personnel to stations, train associates, and implement corrective actions as needed.
